Information Security Policy

Takamatsu Machinery Co., Ltd. is committed to promoting information security throughout the entire company in accordance with the following policies in all our business activities.

1.We appoint a person responsible for information security and work to strengthen the management of information security throughout the company, with a steering committee playing a central role.

2.We comply with information security laws, regulations and contractual and other requirements.

3.In order to protect important information assets and continue to operate our business, we periodically review our security measures and implement continuous improvements.

4.We provide ongoing training to all members of staff to improve their information security awareness and knowledge.

5.In the event of an incident, along with responding promptly and making efforts to resolve the problem, we disclose appropriate information quickly.
