USL-300 achieves tha machine width of only 300mm, by minimizing the excess parts from the main structure.
USL-480 has been developed to our customers' request for an increased number of tools.
The machine width is only 480mm, while ensuring the X-axis stroke of 160mm.

These slim design machines keep the machine area to its minimum and enable to easily maintain more numbers of units with lower maintenance cost.
The closer distance between machines saves idle time, leading to more efficient simplified production process.
Optimizing the motor size for each unit reduces standby electricity consumption and achieves energy saving.
@In pursuit of high-precision cutting
The built-in spindle with "zero-center design" lessens the relative displacement of the spindle unit and achieves greater cutting accuracy.
These machine's structure are simple, consisting of two axes perpendicular to each other: the spindle (traverse Z-axis) with a built-in motor and a horizontal-linear-type tool post (X-axis).
This structure, with two mutually perpendicular axes, is compatible with a compact design, allows operators easy accessibilly, and improves working convenience.
