Meeting process integration needs
from material to product
The “Thermony®” thermal displacement correction system is a system that suppresses changes in machining dimension values caused by temperature changes in the machine. It predicts the amount of thermal displacement from the temperature change in each part of the machine and relays the correction values to the CNC controller. It can be retrofitted to some machines after delivery, and the number of applicable models is being progressively expanded.

Collet Chuck
TAKAMAZ also manufactures collet chucks. From machining to heat treatment and through to polishing, our collet chucks are manufactured in a dedicated plant implementing machining methods that we have cultivated over many years. We also manufacture custom-made products according to customers’ requests.
Service/Maintenance
We carefully explain methods for maintaining TAKAMAZ products that our customers can do themselves, including points to follow in order to use the machines without worries and prevent trouble.
